Since 2012, World IA Day has grown from a handful of locations to more than 70 cities across six continents. This year, 37 locations are preparing a remarkable experience focused on designing for meaning

The celebration unites **practitioners, students, and enthusiasts** in a day of **learning**, **sharing**, and **connection,** always focused on making information more findable, usable, and meaningful.

The World IA Day also spread the word across our global practice through several events, including [World IA Café](https://www.information-architecture.world/worldiacafe) and the [Taxonomy Talk](https://www.information-architecture.world/taxonomy-talk).
